Letting Student DMs Lead

Here are a few tips for getting started with student DMs

Remind them they don’t need to know everything
— just be willing to try and have fun.

Start small:
offer to co-DM or run a one-shot together to ease them in.

Trust your student DMs to take creative risks,
mistakes are part of the magic.

Give guidance when needed,
but let them manage the group;
it builds confidence and leadership.
